1. Acceptance
By accessing or using TactFrance.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These terms are governed by the laws of the French Republic.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that misrepresent age or identity.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to cheat, exploit, harass, dox, or distribute malicious software through the platform. Toxic behavior, hate speech, and match-fixing discussions result in permanent suspension and may be reported to tournament organizers.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All editorial content, branding, and platform code are the property of TactFrance SAS. User-generated content (guides, comments, VOD links) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform.
5. Tournaments & Prizes
Tournament rules are defined per event. Prize payouts are processed within 30 days of result verification. Winners are responsible for declaring winnings according to French tax law.
6. Limitation of Liability
TactFrance is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, MMR fluctuations, or third-party service outages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or €0 if free).
